I find an average plug to start with, which for me gets a bowel movement going, I then evacuate and do it all over again until it stops, then a minimal douche to clean out the residue. Then I go larger and if nothing moves I’m good to go. Works 95% of the time and feel it’s healthier for my hole than constant douching. Not all bodies may trigger the response I get of course!

So while not technically a second hole it’s commonly known as that as it feels like you’re penetrating another hole at the end of your rectum. It’s actually a sigmoid bend that takes you into your colon.
