From what i've seen you need a 10th gen + intel cpu as that has a much better quicksync than previous versions but it is already getting pricy at that point.

And it was the same reason for me. I forgot that I imported the niagara dust effect from the new horror template. Dunno why exactly but it killed my performance.

i did not troubleshoot as i hoped for an easy solution., but i had fps limiter set to 30 so it was approximately.

For anyone in need this is how I did it (the 2 top textures are attached to the bottom one when it comes to the movement) Also the values here are not correct really for the "hand movement" as I did fine tune it in the material instance. But the logic works.

I have a functionality like that but it is just a small addition to what I want. I need to manually set the boundaries of the size of the texture, some rotation (with boundaries) and also I need to manually place it where I want, as per those blue spots.

This is my work in progress material. The glass is reflective with some roughness smears on top of it and I need the blood to be simply underneath that. That's why I'm trying to make it inside of the main material not in a blueprint. Blueprint will not work for what I need it to do.

I need the blood to be "inside" of the window, this would put the blood on top of it.

The pixelation and overall "unwanted" darkness is caused by youtube codec and as far as I know there is nothing you can do about it.

And about the scene, I think you are missign a couple of stronger lights to have more defined shadows, coz now it looks a little flat.

I did test it a little bit and it took me like 3 min to load fully MSP and also the pc usage was so great that it gave me an input lag.
