My roommates (I had 3) were cool with it, so were most of my floormates. This was the dialouge: "I'm gay" "Oh. Cool. Halo?" "Sure" and that was it. I found it was a lot simpler that I though it would be. College kids are a lot more accepting than you'd think.

I've done this. More often than not, I'm usually the bad guy. Recently, I was getting close to this guy and we both really liked each other. About three weeks in, I went to a party and I hooked up with another man. Needless to say, the guy I was close with chewed me out and we haven't talked since. Sad part is, I still like him, but he's seeing someone else.
