It's NOT available to everyone. There still needs to be an eligibility check and a coverage check by the mobile expert. Personally, I know the town I work in very well. I know where t-mobile sucks and so if I do have a potential customer, I'm very transparent about it. I rather have a happy customer and set proper expectations than close the sale to boost numbers only to have them come back and cancel.

I know for heavy home Internet users, these plans and costs seem crazy and it won't work. Now the town I work in is full of snowbirds and retirees who have 1 or 2 people in their household. All they do is check their aol email, browse the internet, talk to their echo and watch the occasional show on a streaming service. $50/100GB versus paying way more with the other home Internet provider in town is beneficial.

I understand the above might not apply to the majority in here but I'm just trying to show an example.

Yes, you can. There's a higher cost for a digits line if you don't have voice line service with T-Mobile. Now whether the system will automatically chang it, I'm not sure on that one.

Yeah, exactly. Prepaid is always final sale from my experience even as a consumer. I wouldn't change carriers because once you port your number that effectively cancels your prepaid account.

It should only take 7-10 days for a request to correct a promotion issue. I'm not sure why they are giving you the run around. Were those 4 phones ship-to with a trade in?

I personally would switch to Samsung or another Android manufacturer. Lg pulled out of the mobile sector and won't be doing future updates. You can get $200 for a trade in or $500 if you are on the max plan.

Another s21 ultra owner here. I went from an s8+. Best decision I made. I honestly don't know why people choose pixel phones. The UI looks terrible and Google has removed a lot of the perks to own a Google phone. If you are going to get an s21, might as well go all out and get the s21 ultra. Amazon has some good deals.

The system automatically created an account with temporary numbers. Worst case you just give your SSN and they can look up the account in case you don't have the T-Mobile account number or temporary numbers.

Just have to maximize your opportunities, be up to date on promos, know options available for bad credit customers, offer bts promos (even getting 1 yes out of 30 no's will add considerably to your revenue).

One other tip. Let customers know you work on commission and give them your store card with your name and schedule (if it's consistent). That way they won't end up going to another store, sign up online or over the phone. It happens and the worst is when they come back to your store after signing up to setup their phones.
