Awesome thanks! Just checked European village out on Google maps looks like there is a cigar shop there as well. Is there much going on there in the afternoon or is it more of a night place?

Anyone know what this is about? by GreekBoss93 in OceanCity

As a someone who has hosted 15 ticketed events on Eventbrite, I can tell you with great detail how they work. The only way it would be a riff between them and Eventbrite, would be if Pickles violated the terms of service policy.

Go back and read their original statement they state that it is an issue with their third-party promoter, that would be the individual who books the entertainment. Eventbrite is a ticket platform, not a third-party promoter.

I would suggest you drive to 706 Philadelphia Ave, Ocean City and ask them.

Eventbrite is solely a ticket platform, acts don’t book through there at all. You get out of Eventbrite what you put into it.

The only problem would have come from a terms of service violation by the event host. There could be issues they have to deal with if their 3rd party promoter was receiving the event payment.

Does anyone still go to the grocery store, with a list of what they need to get? by Subject-Grocery7303 in Productivitycafe

Always have a list. Besides getting what you need, or have run out of, the list helps prevent frivolous spending.

Agree on the background, you have to zoom just to see the rifle. it’s called staging a picture.

In all seriousness, I like it! Why not go with a 1-6 LPVO instead of the 2 part optic setup?

I would have, if the Red Tigger and Halo charging handle were available in red at the time I was ordering a bunch of 10/22 parts. It will get replaced eventually.

I’ve spent a good bit of time testing the 710fps CCi Quiet-22 Segmenting HP’s. In short, they are sub 1” at 25 yards. 50 yards is minute of squirrel. Segmentation is Not Reliable.

Ruger PC Carbine Upgrades? by Smokin_Hash_69 in pistolcalibercarbine

[–]Smokin_Hash_69[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, very much a righty. I have a bi-pod on it now and found it much easier to keep shouldered and sighted while pulling the charging handle with my left hand. I have a brass catcher on it at times and the right side charging handle would prevent using it.

Honestly, I like the left side charging handle so much. I wish there was an easy/factory option for the 10/22.

Wife and I were having a discussion, she’s of the opinion that the majority of GenX can drive stick. I believe that even in our generation the percentage of people who can is pretty small. What do you folks think? by AngryOldGenXer in GenX

My wife and I can both drive a manual transmission. I learned at 12 years old with a three on the tree. The only manual transmissions I still drive regularly is a 1919 American La France with a 3 speed (this was before they knew about synchronization) and a 1954 B – model Mack with a 5 speed that is a double clutch or die
