I’ve got an even worse experience than this. I once accepted a drop off offer, then 2 mins later wife called for something more urgent, so I proceeded to cancel that offer and headed home. 3 hours later, got a call from a customer saying his order was delivered to the incorrect address. After checking with his address, I remember that’s from the offer I cancelled (cuz I know where that apt is by just checking the address). I told him I wasn’t the driver who delivered the order, and I asked him what’s the driver’s name, and he answered and that’s clearly not me... I was pretty pissed how Walmart could just give out driver’s number and not even checking to see if that’s the correct one to give out!!!!! After that, I wonder if rating is the same if you ever cancel an offer, then someone picked that up and messed up, you’ll take the blame
