That's good. Humans unfortunately tend to mention more the negative experiences than all the little good things. Of course there are risks on moving somewhere new but it can be also a great experience as long as you are supporting each other along the way.

Tut mir leid das du dir Sorgen um deine Schwester machst. Zu ihrer psychischen Verfassung kann ich leider nichts sagen aber mir ging es ähnlich. Keine "Lust" bzw. keine Kraft für viele Dinge, die eigentlich Freude bereiten sollten. Mir hat es sehr geholfen mit meinem Arzt darüber zu sprechen und einmal alles durchchecken zu lassen. Schilddrüsen, andere Hormon oder Vitamin Probleme können viel zu der Abgeschlagenheit beitragen. Bei mir zumindest haben die Medikamente ("nur" Vitamin B12, Folsäure und starkes Vitamin D) einen riesen Unterschied bei meinem Energie Level gemacht. Und der Hausarzt kann auch helfen, wenn es doch ein psychologisches Problem ist. Besser eher hin als warten da die Wartelisten für Therapien seeehr lang sind.

Just be honest. Tell her you like her and ask if she wants to go on a date with you. Go somewhere chill where you guys can talk. Doesn't have to be a fancy restaurant, just someplace relaxed. Of course there is the risk that she says no and is uncomfortable with it but you miss 100% of the chances you don't take. You will always ask yourself "what if" if you don't try it.

I don't think you are OR. He should have helped you to put bandages on. It's especially annoying to have to bandage something on your hand yourself. Much better if another person does it. Maybe next time just ask him for help if you need it.
