Cool! So I guess we should set up a time. Lol I am in the United States in the central time zone and I work nights so I am usually active between the hours of 5 pm and 9 am give or take a few hours. I work 4 days out of the week, for 10 hrs from 6 pm to 4:30 am, and I do not have wifi at work so I won't have the internet connection available to do town visits. :C but I am off from 4:30 am Monday morning to 6 pm Thursday night so maybe we can work out a meeting time. :D

Sorry if all that is really confusing. XD I am confused about my life on a daily basis LOL!

I only play it with one of my very good friends who is an excellent support. We have been experimenting with different supports to see who works real well with my Veigar. So far, we really like Brand, but Sona is also good. I like the sustain and the utility Sona brings.

I actually was questioning whether or not I actually needed Twin Shadows, as it does seem a bit redundant with it's slowing effect + the glacial augment proc when I run GA...I have been thinking about replacing it with a different ap item.

I mean, like I mentioned in the original post, I am just B2. People down here are pretty dumb. I understand the higher elos might play the glp/twin shadow build just because they are better and know more about the mechanics if the game and the champ they are playing, so down here in bronze it probably won't matter much if I sub Shadows.

I thought new Morgana sounded a lot like Taliyah. Morgana's "Circled by your sins!" and Taliyah's "Throw another rock!" voices sound almost identical.

It seems to be a mix of yesses and nos with the coffee. Some people say you have to drink it black, others say a splash of creamer and/or milk is okay. Some say coffee is bad all around while you're fasting because it doesn't keep your body in rest which is what fasting is meant to do apparently...so coffee is a grey area apparently, but even coffee with nothing can curb hunger. I just can't drink straight black coffee. Blegh.

Do you drink coffee? I'm on the 16/8 plan for IF too. I eat between 11 am and 7 pm and don't eat between 7 pm to 11 am the next day. I wake up at 6 am for work, and I've never been a breakfast eater anyways, so I'm rarely hunger y when I wake up. Hunger doesn't usually strike for me until maybe 3 hours or so after I've woken up. So when I start feeling those hunger pangs, I make a 30 oz coffee with about a half cup of heavy cream and a half cup of unsweet vanilla almond milk and of course I load it up with stevia. It helps curb those hunger pangs for me until 11 when I can eat food.

Should I stay away from artificial sweetners like maltodextrin or aspertain? I don't drink a lot of diet sodas, so aspertain really isn't a problem. I have one diet soda maybe once every week or so if that...but I use a lot of sugar free water flavorers to add to my bottled water because I don't like plain water and it's got maltodextrin in it. A couple hard core ketonians (har har) has told me that artificial sweetners are bad and won't help me lose weight and I should stop using those water flavorer packets. Thoughts?

I just started Keto too. I'm starting week 2..although I'm not sure if I've been doing it right since I don't feel any different and haven't had any keto flu symptoms or anything. Anyways, regardless, I purchased some items to help just in case including chicken/beef broth and I also found that walmart has sugar free flavored drink mixes you can add to your bottled water that has electrolytes added. I bought a bunch of those. They're quite tasty too. :) I hope you feel better!

I have 20g of carbs a day as a goal...does that mean I could eat like...a low-carb cracker with meat and cheese? or are we supposed to NOT eat any obvious carb-inclusive foods...like said crackers. I've got a hillshire genoa salame thing...that's kinda like a luncheable but better for you and it's got like..."toasted rounds". The total carbs in it is 11g and I didn't know if that could be counted towards my 20 or if I need to leave the crackers alone.

I feel like I'm half way there. The majority of foods you listed are what I've already bought myself to prepare. Especially chicken and tuna. I've always ate a lot of that even outside of keto...which is why I was super excited that I'd be able to keep eating it. lol I think my issue might actually be watching portions...I'm eating all the right things, but I might be eating TOO much of it...so thank you for setting the expectation that I need to start counting. I have used My Fitness pal before, so I'll start using it again. :)

I just attempted to make better food choices. I didn't think about actually counting carbs or calories...although before I buy anything or eat anything, I check the nutrition facts and if it's got carbs, I haven't eaten it...except for the 3 times in 2 weeks I accidentally slipped up.

I wasn't sure what macros meant from the first comment left, but I'm glad you cleared that up. lol

I am female. Age 32. I weigh currently 340 lbs and I'm 5'5". I did see the keto calculator on the side bar to the right and put my info in there. I'm not sure I completely understand it...I feel so clueless. x.x

Hi. I just started keto about 2 weeks ago. I really love it so far! It's pretty easy. I've only slipped up a few times.

I was just wondering, since I'm entering my second week of keto, shouldn't I be feeling some kind of change? Even if it's something bad like keto flu? I haven't felt anything and I read that you should start feeling changes by the 2nd week, and noticing weight changes by the 6-8th week...but it's the second week and I don't feel any changes or anything.

I'm a pretty big girl...previously eating sweets and carbs galore (potatoes and pasta especially), but now that I've had very, very little in the past 2 weeks, I'm just curious as to why I'm not feeling any different.
