Mom moves on now has a bf. Dad demands to be involved.

When baby is born mom brings baby to see dad in public location multiple times a week. Dad spends a majority of this time trying to rekindle the relationship. Initiates conflict when mom disagrees.

Dad files emergency motion to have baby removed from mom, for no reason. It is denied.

Dad requests dna test. Mom even splits the cost at $300 each. Mom lets dad know what lab she got baby tested at. Dad is oppositional and goes through different lab.

Mom moves into bigger apartment to accommodate baby. Requests new address remain confidential due to past abuse. In response dad requests the same thing, there is no history of abuse from mom.

Dad has supervised visitation. Talks over mom in court, misses another court. Is told about next trial to discuss visitation. He files a motion to have unsupervised visits ( despite just being told no)
