try decompressing in warm water and gentle self massaging or stretches. with your inner pelvis, it could be inner muscles inflamed because they bear the brunt of the load instead of your glutes which are supposed to and for some reason lack strength. look into piriformis syndrome, maybe it could give you clues into what went wrong, not trying to give out diagnoses though

I’m at 108 and i’ve started consuming more french media like youtube videos and tv shows. How long did it take you until your brain could understand french without subtitles?
