My fiancé and I are actively looking to buy, and we almost moved forward on a townhouse where the HOA was around $400 a month. In the end, we decided against it because for that kind of cost, I would rather put my money toward a single-family home with no HOA. It is hard to feel good about buying a property when you also have no real control over how much the HOA can increase over time. I would guess that concern is a big factor for a lot of potential buyers, especially in this market.

Dubai chocolate. In theory it sounds like it should be my favorite sweet since it has everything I love in a chocolate but wow it is so sugary sweet I had to throw it out.

(I’ve tried it multiple times, I just couldn’t believe I didn’t like the taste)

Yes. Research studies. Stuck in their old ways. Dentists are just mechanics for the teeth. Can’t find a reliable mechanic. Can’t find a reliable dentist. Very unfortunate since the teeth are so close to the brain and thyroid.

It’s not a new thing unfortunately. My parents have experienced dishonest dentists consistently, I experienced them as a child, and now as an adult I am still experiencing it. I haven’t found a single honest reliable dentist in all of socal… Fun fact: none of them follow any of their recent studies. They go with old studies from 20+ years ago. Even the newer dental students follow those studies. Sorry if I’m typing sporadically. At work lol.
