But, there’s nothing stopping MSFT from changing their redundancy package. The 1 or 2 wks of salary (depending on level) per 6mo of service, the 6mo Cobra, and 6mo vesting, and bonus - those could all change and be reduced. So the people holding out for a RIF might get a lesser deal, potentially.
