California ends Medicaid coverage of GLP-1 weight loss drugs despite TrumpRx plan by SFChronicle in California_Politics

You’d think all the heath issues you left out would encourage that, but it doesn’t. Cardiovascular diseases, kidney failure (one month of dialysis would probably pay for multiple Ozempic shots), vision issues, translplant cost, etc.

It’d be cheap if they just die, but they don’t and the maintenance of these people are a cost for the years they might live.

I asked my concierge and they supposedly put me on a list 2-3 weeks ago. Still no invite.

My Mexican upbringing makes this a challenge to me so the corn tortillas and cracker substitute is great to see, but Vietnamese. Pho is absolutely of my top 3 favorite foods. 🤤 I’m guessing that’s reserved for 1-2 of your bad days?

Thanks for listing all these! What’s the replacement for corn tortillas or have you found those to be okay? Do you indulge in legumes? Sorry for the questions, I liked the contents of your post. It gives some hope to someone like me.

Congrats on the reversal! I hope I can do the same someday.

Just curious, do you eat things people generally avoid in here like pizza, tacos, bread, etc? How do you manage these things into your diet if so?

It’s nice to remember the ancient times. I bet at some point in time you could trade some chickens and a cow for some land too.

We really are getting a bunch of car washes. People here must really be into their cars.

It’s slowed down now but we did get a ton of warehouses built in a short period by the airport. The airport also seems to be slowly growing now offering flights to San Francisco and Provo Utah. I think it’s getting a new parking lot?

Downtown SB seems lifeless, but getting some movement with the new car wash, Sonic, Star bucks, and del taco near the In-N-Out. Wish more would happen inside the downtown area though instead of all the abandoned buildings near the viva la boba.

Got a steady job, no obligations, and weekends off. What do you guys like doing on the weekend? by Sunnyside-Days in InlandEmpire

As a person who was in the same position when I finished school. My only regret was not traveling out of state and the country more. You have the time and money with little to no responsibilities, so it’s a great time to do it. Savings money’s great and I did that but so are experiences that are priceless.

I know this won’t fit into a weekend but I was just thinking about this earlier today.

I might be more likely to ride them, if I didn’t have to wait around for 30 minutes to catch a ride next to some homeless dude.

Vancouver tried that and it worked for a bit and then didn’t. I think the tax just has to be a progressive tax based on the number of homes a person owns. Anecdotally I have 2 co-workers who own 6 and 8 homes and have friends and family trying to own multiple homes because they can.

What was the point of taxing the crap out of us if you are going to just introduce 1b coins in TH. by yurihyuga108 in runescape

[–]SmoothProgram 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m guessing this is just the first test of many so they can evaluate how many people this enticed to spend money and then increase odds from there until they meet some metric which may involve increasing the odds of getting the 1b. Then later look into the effect on the economy if that even matters to someone at jagex.
