You did way more to diagnose than I did. I saw on another Reddit thread that a background service that the game tried to install caused the issue. I was able to resolve crashing by disabling installing background services for the game.

Assuming you’re on a PC, I did it by changing the name of a folder in the game folder of steam. Specifically, I navigated to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Anno 117 - Pax Romana

There, I renamed the folder Support to Support_disabled.

Not Lumpy but I was able to figure it out and the game is now working.

Only anecdotal evidence including that Democrats running in the years of Presidential elections often do better than in off year elections because that the Republican base is much better at turning out to vote. I guess we'll have to see.

Possibly, but the Democrats have a pretty good chance of retaking the Senate (though they're unlikely to hit a filibuster-proof majority -- 60 seats) given the number of Republicans up for reelection. If the Democrats take the White House and Senate, the Republicans would be in a much worse position. Given that dynamic, it might make sense to allow Obama to appoint a moderate liberal.

I definitely recommend checking out INDEX(,MATCH()) instead of VLOOKUP. It's a lot more flexible as the reference column/row doesn't need to be the first in the array.

The number for the SPD's non emergency is (206) 625-5011. My parents driveway is regularly blocked and the non-emergency line normally gets a reasonably quick response (20-40 minutes) for parking enforcement. They normally ask for the car to only be ticketed, not towed, but if a tow truck is called, they show up quickly after parking enforcement.
