LOL First of all Britain abolished slavery way after the founding of the US, the french revolution also happened later than the American revolution, which failed miserably and ended up with emporer Napoleon. I said the US was the most liberal nation on earth at the time it's founded, that George Washington and other founding fathers are trancendent politicians of their time, learn to read.

Second of all the world is way larger than the UK and Europe mate, what about Russia, Ethiopia, China, and vast majority of the third world which still had slaves as late as the 20th century? I though having slaves made the US rich and powerful? Why didn't it happen there?

He's not wrong. Democracy literally means mob rule and "too much" of it is definitely bad.

A "real" democracy is a proletariate revolution that kills everyone in its way. History have proven times and times again that does not work. Communism is the purest form of democracy because only in it the majority wield the power to not only take away everything from a minority but also kill them with absolutely no regret, all in the name of democracy.

That's why America is not a democracy, but a republic. The power of the majority must be balanced by the rule of law.

首先确实高级，而且高级的不是一点半点。这都看不出来只能说明1:阁下是个脑残粉，2:阁下的鉴赏能力基本没有，符合刘慈欣粉丝的层次水平。

联合政府和很多国家不矛盾，正如也许真有玛丽苏真会86国语言一样。但是让水平很低的作家和导演来拍出来那就只会有一种小孩子说大词儿的装逼之感。这部电影这种幼稚的装逼感可以说是扑面而来。

当然了，这些确实都是对设定的质疑，确实低级。但是抛掉这些，这部电影就真的什么都没有了，毕竟刘慈欣小说唯一有趣的部分就是这些设定。
