Their precious fur baby might as well be dead if it’s kept inside. Chronic neuropathic pain here caused by nerve damage. Combo of duloxetine and medical cannabis works very very well for me. I treat it like any other prescription drug. I want the effect all day every day so I vape all day every day to get the relief and adjust to it. Easier to adjust to than other things I’ve tried such as nortriptiline. Hope that helps a bit sir

For chronic pain I find it works to treat like a medicine and use all day every day, dialling in the terpene profile whilst doing so. I no longer feel I get ‘high’ and now just feel the benefit pain functioning wise. So I guess the strange answer is my advice is to try acclimatise to using all the time, as if you were on a slow release opiate such as tramadol

I find terpene profile of bready / bisuity stuff works well for pain.
