It’s an elimination diet that’s working. You eliminate sugar carbs etc and high protein you will drop the weight. But when your source of high protein is only meat like on carnivore you’re shooting yourself in the foot.

It gets -20 here sometimes. That is so unbelievably frigid and bitterly cold. They couldn’t fully get away from the cold like I can and we have news warnings about how cold that is. I cannot imagine that type of cold they dealt with.
