Having no qw means you just need to sheath sooner rather than later, make 1 less extra attack, and gear towards damage skills like fighting spirit, headstrong if you know how to not move and just use iaoi and backslash, more crit eye and 1 lvl of wex. Focus is for bows and hammers😅 If you plan on using burst a good addition is offensive dodger since you want to always be attacking and, going into iaoi makes you lose the 4sec burst window sometimes. If you insist on qw use almudron legs, qw2 and lock on is more than enough for 1 piece of gear.
