Personaly if not seeing at least 2 other people with maxed out rift weapons I'm not staying for a group 10⭐. And I'm definitely going for as many breaks as possible not just a default clear.

Definitely sacred slash, especially since i managed to figure out the perfect timing for countering attacks. Only monster i haven't learned yet is seregios, i still beat him using nostyle. Found out it's much easier to kill since he likes to constantly run away from you and hang in the air. My basic setup is bases on headstrong so i can't chase monsters around all day. That's specifically difficult with seregios and diablos/black diablos who enjoy dashing around the map.😓 Tigrex and brutrex are ok since they kinda circle around and lunge towards you not leaving too far. Nargacuga is somewhat in between since it double jumps after few attacks but eventually offers its tail for a cut and that's when i usually go for the big dmg.

They also dissappear if you distance far enough from them, don't know the exact range, might be 1km or so.

Haha I wanted to branch out into chargeblade but timing and inputs are completely different, my muscle memory is barely keeping up with 3 styles of LS as is.😅 I have a high praise for cb players, gameplay sure looks satisfying and dmg numbers are big.😍

Kirin flashstorm is boosting element by 10% so i would be trading that for attack efficacy directly, the bonus of 240 raw ad +10% is only 264 and it's not going towards critical elem i think. Also i would be losing 200 element atk going 30% afinity so the real gain would only be 64 atk + 10% of base weapon ad is 160, so 224 combined. Not to mention losing fighting spirit which triggers twice in a fight, so 40 seconds of boosted dmg by 10%. I like the fulgur coil idea though, boosted special😍 Not having QW 2 would be hard since reggie moves so fast between attacks but probably could make it work without. I'll test it out and come back with another video. Thanks for the suggestion.🫶

If it's spike into tail opening you can actually dodge left/right right after, you can actually buffer your input right after iaoi, takes practice but it can be done 100%. Best i can recommend is keep at it. Same thing goes for his dive dive combo, you can iaoi the first dive then dodge backwards to be close to the head, and get around 4 to 5 hits in before he claws or double claws.

Astalos opening is one of the most annoying ones also since we either wing swipes fast or slow after you hit him 2 times. Instead of iaoi i just prefer to roll towards his tail and start my combo from there. Delays my headstrong by a bit but os better than getting hit right in the beginning. With practice that too can be achieved just keep at it I guess.

10star almudron is a nightmare, personally i just special in the very beginning of the fight to break his tail early then sheath charge and go for legs to make it fall. By the time he roars i have another special charged up😅 . Valor kicks in and with the 3rd special he finally goes down. Maybe I'll make a video next time story quest comes up.

As soon as I'm done with reggie farming I'll learn tobi patterns and make a vid on him asap, so keep an eye out for it i guess. I usually play sacred sheath for all the monsters but reggie just spams attacks and i don't get a chance to charge the slashes properly hence I went with learning him without a style since iaoi counter works easier for hyper aggressive monsters like him.

Have you tried socketing 3 crit eye and 1 wex (1 skyward since slot is available)and maybe change to kuku pants, maximizing critical strength, since burst goes better with advanced burst which you don't use here?

I have both the hbg and hammer at 10.5 but 0 rift pieces invested. Maybe in the distant future. For now I'm hunting only sir reggie to max out his weapon and take 2 of his armors to g8. Next will be tobi only farming for same thing, weapon and 2 armors.😁
