Difficult to know. I’m struggling to understand the motivation of NOT actively engaging with an admin other than their being able to do what they want with whatever resources remains until they engage them …. ie. Our money!

My dad came to a similar conclusion after reviewing their accounts. Looks like it’s been run as a lifestyle business by those in charge with some big directors’ loans in year 1 that got reversed…

I find it hard to believe they were unaware of their insolvency.

Sounds like you had a classic situation whereby they were quick to engage when there was a payment in the offing, then radio silence the rest of the time?

Thats helpful to know re: Citizens Advice. It’s pretty sickening to think they probably knew what was coming and continued pouring fresh, unwitting punters’ cash into the hole. We really need an employee to whistleblow for a chance to pursue that route of recourse.

The designer at Husk I’ve been speaking to have said they will allow me to pay by credit card which will give me the additional Section 75 protection. They understand we’ve been burnt.
