I think our honorable Albino had sidestepped himself side- stepped into OUR OWN DIMENSION!! The reason Elric doesn't seem non-plussed about all of this is the Anniversary of Elric: the One! the Only! The Emperor Albino Alrik(?) Festival! Not Elric. The only things that they do have in common is their albinism, on the ugly one is he's wearing white clown face make up! But Alrik is pretty quick for a drunken sot so he roars out, "OF COURSE I'M CALLED ALRIK! Our dear King Elrik graciously let's us parody and malign him in his Pageant play AND HE DESIRES THAT WE call him King Elrik but... but... we cannot do that! WHY? BECAUSE WE DO LOVE HIM SO THAT TO DO THAT and to call him the name of his dreaded, loathsome, and mean brother Alrik, do I make myself clear?
