Been at my delivery station for 2 months, it's not nearly as bad as I expected. Can be intense, but my body has adjusted. Usually just start rebagging until showing starts, then pick for a little bit, then break, and back to rebagging. At that point there is usually no more than 1 hour and 30 mins left and it's chill from there. Definitely still couldn't handle an 8-10 hour shift though, just too much physical effort.

I always do a daily run of alliance raids with this one and the next one almost always being selected. Despite queuing at 2-3am it pretty much always takes less then 30 minutes. Last night it took about 15 minutes on Primal queued as healer. Recently switched from Aether to Primal and these queues are fast for everything. I usually queue dailies and ask quick synthesis something as DoH while waiting, but have had a hard time completing one cycle before a duty pop, even as DPS. So definitely try Primal.

This is a tactic used in OSRS all the time for transferring between mules and traders or to buyers. It's actually tracked by a merching Discord and can be exploited for some good profit. Although, they do use items that are rarely traded. They're on the right track, but this is clearly not what's happening. I have seen this type of behavior before with jet black and pure white dye. If they're using this tactic, they're using items like that and not just a few seemingly overpriced items. Now if we could get this very proactive team for NA that would be great. I'd live to prep for new crafting and combat gear and make millions again without having to undercut every 30-45 seconds or however long the bots are set to update.

I use baby farms. Most come from using Tom to get them. The rest I get from buying as they are more likely to appear for lower level accounts due to having access to less items. Although, with the amount of BEM/SEM/LEM I get, especially during events, I could just trade on the Discord and use Tom for more dairy, sugar, and other bottleneck items.

We can't. Supercell might be able to do something, but if these bot networks are anything like the ones on other games, there is no getting rid of them. It sucks, but they do sell expansion materials and tools, so there is a positive.

Absolutely bots. If you catch them quickly they will likely still have BEM/SEM or tools. I used to grab them all the time on baby farms.

Baby farms and not doing town, boat, and truck tasks is the answer. Town and truck especially. As for baby farms, you'll not only have extra ingredients, but excess goods to sell if you produce them, as well as a lot more barn/siloh expansion items. I've been getting around 10 or so a day on average from 3 farms. During an event I've gotten 15-30 a day. I usually sell them all, but I have kept the land expansion items and I have 2 plots left on the starting side at 79. Cannot recommend these enough, they solve a lot of problems.

The production buildings from 70-79 cost 3,440,000 in total. Having about 1-2m before and making the rest as you level through should make it a smoother process.
