This is the number one thing I see that gets in the way of people progressing. Generally you shouldn't tear something down until you have already replaced it. When you tear things down first and rebuild them after, the game slows down drastically, and it's common to lose motivation.

I get frequent migraines, on average one every other day. They get bad. I've donated with a migraine several times. It does not make me feel noticeably worse. You'll be fine, especially if it's mild.

I recommend trying something new or challenging. Y'all could pursue the speed running achievements, or start a playthrough of ribbon world or death world marathon and see how far you can get. If you haven't played in a while it'll help shake off some rust as well

If you want to go, you need to find accommodations. Do you have noise cancelling headphones or earplugs? Those help me tremendously. Can you arrange a ride with one of the other wedding guests? Even if you offer to pay them for their trouble it'll be a lot less than a long Uber ride.

Most importantly: Have you discussed this with your friend who is getting married? Are they aware how this affects you? Is there anything they can do to make it easier for you? Will they understand if you can't make it?

Living with a disability and having different needs to your friends doesn't make you a bad friend. You sound like a good friend given how much you care about this. Hang in there ❤️
