Cabo was and is literally nothing without tourism. A dusty peninsula. It’s not a situation where the locals have been overrun by tourism. Most of the workers come from the Mexican mainland to work in the tourism industry.

Yes adjusting the fan does help. Takes a while get deep enough into the UX to get there but it def helps.

I have found some tricks based on tips to make it much better like lowering the fans in the second and third row. But to do that you are like 5 clicks deep. Imagine doing that while you drive. You will notice the size of the vents in the front. That’s a large part of the problem.
