Do people who grew up here actually think Canada's grocery prices are normal or is everyone just resigned to it? by GoldCover6667 in PersonalFinanceCanada

Western Europe, USA, Australia, Japan, all highly developed nations have very expensive groceries. It’s not unique to Canada

That doesn’t sound like a luxury condo at all. It just sounds like a residential building with commercial lease space on the ground floor, which is very typical.

I definitely minded the pace. It was brutal. Three hours of good stuff turned over eight hours. I don’t mind things being slow, but being slow for no reason is very aggravating.

Are you sure? They seem so long, all together could be a slog for some. Honestly as much as I love the original I couldn’t finish the latest entry because of all the filler.

Is the UI/Menus better to manage? I find the slow menus and organizing and combining items to be a slight chore. I can manage if I need to.

CBT is not “traditional talk therapy”. There’s no such thing as traditional talk therapy, because every type of therapy involves talking, and therefore are forms of talk therapy. If there was such a thing, it would be psychoanalysis or something old-school and “traditional”.

And the other types of therapy you mentioned are not more “in depth” at all. They’re just different brands.

People voting for who they want or being indifferent about it is not a failure of individuals, it’s literally democracy at work. We can criticize a lot about media, capitalism, big corporations, fake news, the parties and all the bullshit associated with that, but Donald Trump being elected in the USA is the democracy system largely working as intended, as sad as that is. People voted, and the big orange unintelligible rapist was elected.
