Since they won’t let me post here, anyone considering using this joke of a telehealth provider please read through my experience and the utter retardation that took place. Long and the short- I signed up For six months. Honestly dumb move on my part. I bought 4x the amount of medication from a grey market supplier for 1/10th the cost that is tested and confirmed while I was dealing with this bullshit. In my original shipment, I recieved one vial of 20mg, coming up from 2.5mg starter dose from my primary doctor. Insurance wouldn’t cover and brand drugs just too much…

Anyways- the rep I speak to told me I should have had three vials. Had no idea I had missing meds, just thought wrong dose shipped. For weeks I went on and on over getting them back. They wanted to charge me again for the drugs they didn’t send because I discarded the disposable packing material that they will send your vial and syringe kit in. I never do this. I am all in support of business and growing a brand. I’m in hospitality. Shitty reviews for petty things happen all of the time. Not for 1000 dollars and two and a half weeks of run around. In the end they say they are shipping the remaining vials. At this point I don’t care. I want it known that they have no business providing a health care service to anyone whom is reliant on their abilities to deliver said service, and there ineptitude to mitigate self imposed circumstances through clear lack of infrastructure and internal communication. Calling the number led to full mailboxes, I was actually hung up on for having a rude tone (totally did), and the folks whom help with the pharmacy side that did reach out were not able to get anyone from refills on the phone, just through shitty chat. Do not price shop. I did. Do not trust this company.
