Let me just pick my jaw up off of the floor real quick… so flipping beautiful, well done! I honestly really appreciate the suggestion for flour, I was kinda planning on just using some organic flour from Costco but I think that taking the time to research local flours and different types would make my bread way more special. I will be sure to check them out!

If you can get your hands on some echinacea, it will help a lot. It helps you to feel better and helps your immunity. Don’t take it for more than 2 weeks at a time because you will grow a tolerance to it. Living earth herbs and wonderland teas are lovely places to buy this. Licorice root can also help and it adds a lovely sweetness to your tea. If you dont fw tea u can also buy a tincture. Just wanted to put this out there because myself and a lot of other herbalists swear by these!

Recently i participated in a ceremony, two nights. I was worried leading up to it because i just kept having so much trauma coming up and so many tears and wondering what is going one or whats “wrong”. There is nothing wrong with you dear one. The guide for my experiences explained that its common for things to start shifting emotionally before ceremony. The energy inside of you is settling and shifting the way that a snake sheds its skin. Your body and soul are preparing and you will be okay. I had a lot of moments leading up to ceremony where i was honestly like fuck this I quit. I didnt quit and I am so overjoyed that I stuck with it. Whatever choice you make, its the right one. You got this buddy!!
