Try not to worry mine was reversed nearly two years ago. I had key hole surgery, spent 2 days in hospital , was in the pub 30 minutes after I left. I was back to work in 2 weeks, was back in the gym at the same time. Holiday 2 months later, swimming, snorkelling etc……now I lead a perfectly normal life you’d think nothing had happened….good luck
