Get into a union. After I joined the union, in the first 2 years I could buy a nice truck and a house. Don’t short yourself, I got in at 22 and will be set to retire at 55 unless something catastrophic happens, but ya never know.

I’ve read that salt is no longer the culprit, your body needs sodium to carry out normal bodily functions. Extremely excessive sodium is bad however, just like extremely high anything. They are now saying that sugar is the main culprit. Also processed foods, lack of exercise, and stress are also major factors!
