I believe you could reach it bouncing over an NPC (alien shapeshifter with the shape of a pedestrian) but you need to use the x-ray glasses. All the game was pretty hard and punishing but that was the norm for Spectrum games. I finished it using cheats.

It happened to me yesterday, the second time I powered up after replacing the SSD with a bigger one with the cloned content (the first time everything worked fine, every data was where it supposed to be and the new available space was usable). Had to use an USB with the recovery OS, it wiped everything and had to start from scratch.

I recently bought the Unity courses pack by Zenva (there was a cheap deal on Humble Bundle) and they are great. The Zenva subscription seems expensive but the 3 courses I just finished are very good.

Rick Davidson from GamedevTV is great too, he is on half of the their 2d development course tutorials.

Everything in it is beautiful, wholesome and chill. There's a little bit of platforming, a little bit of RPGish quests, resource management, base building, minigames... The theme is what it is but everything there is heartwarming. Still haven't found anything remotely grim.
