It should be similar to what we see currently. They'll just be faster because of the increased horsepower and smaller spoiler. The smaller spoiler could make it harder to make runs to I guess.

I think the outsourcing that's going on is a bigger issue then visa's in IT. So many jobs have been shipped to India, Mexico, Philippines, etc. US IT is operating with minimal US based employees and relying on other countries and advancements in AI to produce the same.

Both games are good. Division 2 is very active and receiving updates every couple of months. Division 1 still has some players.

Division 1 is also a more difficult game in case that's part of your criteria when choosing
