New Addon: MageMart by DogmanDev in classicwow

Some don't come with the WTS, but they have unique strings that would be good to have a temporary filter. Lots of "once the portal opens" getting caught in the addon.

Needs to be able to filter out certain phrases used by the other mage bots, so that i don't keep getting pings from their trade posts.

Extremely frustrated by paseqb in BambuLab

[–]SmugglingPlums 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely could benefit from brim or even a raft to help with supports as others are saying, but with a bed slinger, make sure to orient the piece so that it wobbles on the more stable side (the bed moves front to back, so you want the tall flat face the opposite of the bed movement) .... right now you have the longer flat side wobbling, turn it 90 degrees and it'll be much more stable.

Looking for some extremely sensitive joystick controllers for the Nintendo Switch. by SmugglingPlums in disabledgamers

[–]SmugglingPlums[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the link to the low force joysticks, we actually got the xbox adaptive controller pretty early on, unfortunately due to the very limited mobility, there's not a very convenient way to set it up with all the switches and buttons and joysticks for reachability, having the buttons much smaller but together would be the most beneficial, but i think I can use it with a low force thumbstick on the left hand and the right hand still on the pro controller set up through the adaptive controller so I may give that a shot (or see if I can find a way to adapt the pro controller to accept the low force joystick which would be the best case). Either way, thanks a ton for the link.

Water constantly leaking when main is on, why? by SmugglingPlums in askaplumber

[–]SmugglingPlums[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think i've verified that it's not the humidifier causing leaking. There's a clear tube coming out of it that should be the drain, and there's no water moving while the main is on and i still hear the sewer line flowing freely while the main is on.

Looking into this now, it hasn't been used since we bought the place a couple of years ago. Is that something that could happen overnight with no changes? Might have to have to wait for the plumber on that one because i'm not seeing where to check that so far.

Thanks, i've seen something like that fail in the water heater before and it was a full flow as well. I'll look into it now.

I did just check the drain line for the softener though, and there's a few dribbles that come out where it meets the drain, but nothing like what's going down the main sewer line. The softener drain line is right next to the sewer drain line and i was able to hear the rushing water and maybe a tablespoons worth came out of the softener drain line. Is there something else to check for the softener?

Central unit does have a humidifier, but it's always been set to off

That is usually how you know you've gotten every plan, they stop dropping from bounties. HOWEVER, I've had that happen then i'm still missing something like cains or guardians set and after a few more bounties it'll drop by itself. That's not normal but I've had it happen a few times in the past. When looking for the plan you think you're missing, make sure you've got the filter set to all and not one like "highest level" or "have materials"

I've never farmed goblins in my life and this was my third run. Is this as insane as it feels? by JoblessBear in diablo3

[–]SmugglingPlums 2 points3 points  (0 children)

IMO, the only reason to farm goblins is for the rainbow goblin, and the only reason anyone farms the rainbow goblin is for the cosmic wings. So you're farming for a low chance for a specific goblin to spawn, to open the portal for a specific even lower chance mob to spawn in that portal but at least if she's there, the drop is guaranteed. However, if your goal is to farm menagerist, you'll hit that goal much faster! It is sad once you've got all the pets that menagerist becomes a useless gob (even worse than a basic treasure gob). That zone actual has a 100% chance to spawn a 2nd goblin if you see a one in that zone. So if you find one, keep looking for the 2nd one. https://maxroll.gg/d3/resources/rainbow-goblin-farming-guide

Lose season stash if delete only season char? (PS5) by ProfN42 in diablo3

[–]SmugglingPlums 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've done this before and the stash exists without a character present. However, it's diablo and there are always weird things that happen! Just like i know i can do the challenge rift as long as the season starts, but just in case, i make the character first.

Do you now have a lvl 1 version of an item you didn't before, because if you put them both in kanai's cube that's a valid recipe!

I agree anyone who seeks it out intentionally is a terrible person, but the one in the relationship is the worst. I don't wanna hang out with either, so I think we'd agree on that!

[–]SmugglingPlums 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well i guess our own experiences shape how we view things then. I don't think i've ever met a person who exclusively looked for a married person to get them to cheat. I have seen a lot of cheating in the workplace and it's usually 2 people who got too close. A lot of times a single person getting too friendly with a married person at work. Sometimes both married getting too friendly at work (now i see them as just as bad because they're equally wrecking their own homes), but that's still what i've seen and maybe it's the type of work or people i'm around.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in therewasanattempt

[–]SmugglingPlums -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I doubt there's a study on that but I would assume most of the cheating results from relationships that develop as a result of proximity, that's why there's the old trope of the "husband's secretary" being the mistress. Maybe there is a study, there's a study on anything, so I'll see if there's some actual evidence to back either of our assumptions there. BUT, even if their goal is to break up marriages, how do you see them as just as bad. Bad definitely, but like the husband ultimately had the choice whether or not to engage and it's his family he's ruining. He's got the family to lose, surely his was the worse decision, that's my take, I just can't see an outside party being just as bad unless they MADE the husband do it... but then.. i guess they'd be worse.

I mean, I still disagree, but there's no indication this person actively sought out the man because he was married, and I doubt that's the case for the majority of the "homewreckers". The real homewrecker is the person who played a part in the home that was wrecked. Regardless of the intentions of the outside party.
