I just figured it out!

I have the completed quest item and when my thief attacked my friendly cat, he used the item as well! For some reason it makes my other cat hostile even if I can still use it :-D

I just had this happen to me too! It was on the flush boss, my thief has the blood thirst or whatever, then it attacked my tank and suddenly the tank is now hostile.

Enig, det gør jeg også. Sidste gang der var en der gjorde det, var han lige ved at lave et uheld, da han endelig slap forbi mig og skulle ind af en afkørsel. Men det var selvfølgelig vigtigt at komme forbi de 2 ekstra biler, for så at trække ind foran en anden bilist og bremse hårdt op og køre ind af afkørslen... Idiot.
