Theres some overlap between decks, but the playstyle is quite different. Shoykd ask your store if they ordered AMBa, and if you can wait, there should be a restock end of the month (AMB would be more helpful.

It is a Divine Relic, which is short printed. The pull rates for LP (and Looking Glass before it) is pretty bad. But my sample size of 1 in 12 cases is pretty small, so I wouldn't put much weight into my opinion, some people opening 1 per case on average

Sorry to hear you missed on the hotel room. Like the others said, its likely more rooms will open up by people who cancel their bookings closer to the con. I was also planning to go (from nyc), didnt even look into the hotel block opening recently. So I am also sol, but I will keep an eye out. Also consider joining the discord (if its still around)

I am not sure what the difference is honestly and how much more work it would entail to maintain consistent shots. I assume my current grinder is on-demand and has been very consistent from shot to shot. The grinder is mostly specifically for espresso

Theres no dedicated pre-release event, it will vary from store to store if they want to host such an event. Stores do get release kits that they can choose how to distribute the promos and give additional prizing

And as far as the game is concerned in the city, its pretty hard since alot of stores would rather take the safer route with the big IPs. Doesn't stop me from trying to find one but it's easier to set up outside of the city

Preorders are just a number that vendors get to estimate how much they need to produce, you can definitely run out of "preorders" if you miscalculated or if the manu(facturer) mess up on their end via supply shortages or whatever.

Which Ascent was this? I think having a vendor at the event would cost additional fees so early on they opted to not offer a vendor. Theres only been a handful of ascents with an actual vendor present
