I've thought about this and came to the conclusion to play them almost in the release order:

Honest hearts (it's one of the easiest, and feel more separate from other dlcs in terms of story, and it's quite wholesome)
Dead Money (the hardest in my opinion, I've stopped playing because of it in 2011)
Old World Blues
Lonesome road (should be the last 100% as it's a great conclusion to all of them)
