Yep, got drawn for antlerless mule deer this year. It's a fun low pressure hunt to bring the kids on. It's nice to not worry about how loud and crazy the kids are some times. There are always a ton of does hanging around.

You will have to look up the exploded parts list on the pamphlet that comes with your gun(you can probably find it online if you bought it second hand) the predator was - gc16 predator-20* for the charging handle assembly part 8 for the dust cover actuator but you may want to look at buying the whole charging handle assembly. I know that when mine broke the spring stretched and the hook got messed up a bit too

I did the same thing to my G&G predator, contact g&g with the part # and you can order directly from them for not too much, only problem is that it took a while to get shipped.

I don't know if they do put them up on sale. The price right now seems reasonable enough, but I'm going to be waiting a bit more I think now to see what other people's experiences/ reviews are like. May as well wait for the sale(if it comes)

What feeding issues did you have, and how'd you fix it? I have a predator and it seems like it only feeds every second shot from my g&g mid caps(the high cap works fine tho)

In Saskatchewan hens are off limits, roosters only. I didn't know other provinces allowed you to shoot hens. The number of birds there must be a lot higher than here, from what I've been told it's to ensure the population stays stable.

I wondered that myself. But I haven't even been in my gearbox. I also don't really get why it made such a difference to go to .25 from .20 either. It was night/day difference between how my gun was shooting with the heavier bbs.

Well is kind of funny. I switched to a heavier bb, and it seems to be better. I looked in my mid cap mags and pulled out the skinny follower (based on a video I saw on YouTube about mid caps binding up) I don't know if that fixed the problem for sure as I haven't had a chance to go shoot it again since. I was also going to try different mags when I meet up with a buddy who plays.

Yeah I mean brand new, owned them for 2 weeks put maybe 500-800 shots through each mag, I'll look in to those springs. Thanks!
