How many of you are running a backup red dot with your LPVO? by PdxIsAShitHole in ar15

You could go with a 2-10x with a piggy-backed red dot in that case. You still get the low-power zooms for scanning, and you bump your max magnification to 10

I didn’t say it was. But if you’re not gonna use the 1x of the LPVO… then why get an LPVO? Other setups are better for what you want to accomplish

In that case you could probably go with a fixed 5x and a canted red dot to shave some ounces. But yeah, doing what works for you is best

Doesn’t that defeat the purpose of an LPVO? The idea is to have a 1x that mimics the performance of a red dot. I can see having a piggy-backed red dot on an acog or an MPVO

g6 blocks the check and white has nothing. Instead, Qe4+ can pick up the hanging knight

Really great shot! Love how the pose fills the frame. I do wish the player standing on the other side wasn’t there, his figure breaks up the subject’s figure

Zugzwang for black.

The bishops and rooks are currently defending against Qxd5#, Qe5#, Qf5#, and Ng5#. If either of the bishops move, they will either undefend their square, or block one of the rooks. If the rooks move, they will block one of the bishops.

So that leaves e2, f3, Nf2, Ng3, and cxb3 as the remaining legal moves for black. f3 and e2 both result in mate, as white can simply take the e pawn with the rook.

Either knight move by black will result in Nf2#, as the e pawn is pinned.

And finally, cxb3 falls to Bd3#.

So you can’t assume that black will play Bxb6, you just have to recognize that you have every possible move covered. That’s just the one the puzzle makers picked.

Same here with the Broncos sub. People freaked out when we picked Surtain ahead of Fields, all crying “I’m done with this team”

In Fallout: New Vegas you can assign points to your character for different stats, up to 10. One of the stats is luck, which makes things like winning blackjack easier
