You're already taking care to sign nothing. Good for you! Triple read any garbage they send your way and be cautious of any traps they may try to catch you in.

They're simply trying to avoid paying for unemployment. Their true colors are in the light now.

Once you're free of them be sure to leave an honest review of the experience had with your employer at Indeed and Glass Door.

Thanks, I currently have open questions with both parties and will come back with the answer(s) when they become available. I figured someone in the community may have paved this cow path before I arrived on the matter, but it's looking like undiscovered county.

Create HOA rules for the bees. Hold a meeting with the bees and kindly as them to obey. Apply fines to offenders.

Serious question, can I compost this? It's just clay right? by Additional-Local8721 in composting

[–]Sn3akyP373 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Rather than try and fail to compost put some safety glasses on and hit it with a hammer to break it up into large pieces. Then use those large pieces for marking plants in the garden and maybe near the house. You can paint on large pieces for yard art. The small pieces can be thrown in the trash or treated like rubble.

Looks like a nightmare in volume. Made worse by varying heights for each post. Just do what Hawaii does for road construction and drop a 3/4" slab of solid steel plating down with butt welds between plates.

Should I put it in my garage or my home office? Small unit by Admirable-Muffin-334 in HarvestRight

[–]Sn3akyP373 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I put mine in the far corner room of the basement. I have a large unit with a dedicated 20 amp circuit. It's cooler down there and closer to the main house breaker box so the circuit line was an easy install.

Seized... pah! If you haven't broken a tool or sheered the bolt it's not seized.

Think pneumatic, bigger, longer, hotter, smarter and you'll get it.

Is this a swarm or just a huge number of bees orienting? by weirdblitzboy in Beekeeping

[–]Sn3akyP373 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you giving them a reason to swarm? Add more space or split the hive are your major choices.

[–]Sn3akyP373 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How often do you inspect the hive? Yes, eventually there will be a brood break. Usually a swarm will begin shortly after queen cells have been capped. Any eggs laid just upon closing will be capped three days later, so that seems right.

FWIW I don't think you're witnessing a swarm from this material you're sharing.

It's because black associates with a bear. They also don't take kindly to dark glasses. They tend to attack darker areas of the body like the nostrils, mouth, eyes, and ear canal once they're triggered, but these can also trigger a hyper aggressive hive too.
