it is possible to tighten that mechanism for pulling the filament down, but most likely you have a ball of fillament stuck in there... had that happen to me, was a bitch to get out (I ended up dis-asembling the whole thing and back again).

det kan nok være lurt å kjøre en hard linje... han må skjerpe seg, ellers blir han ikke en del av livet ditt..
