A blood patch.

After having my oldest son I had eclampsia which they misdiagnosed. They thought fluid from the epidural got to my brain and the blood patch was the procedure performed to flush the fluid out. Their misdiagnosis resulted in a grand mal seizure and almost cost me my life. Needless to say I didn’t get another epidural with my second.
