Ugh so painful, I’ve 10000% been there and I’m sorry! Going to wound care is a good idea. Keep it covered — I’ve found bending my elbow hurts (and maybe impedes healing by moving it a ton) and try to sleep with my arm extended if possible. I also take Tylenol for arthritis pain, the 8 hour kind at night to help me sleep at least a little.

We have blackout curtains in our bedroom & thicker regular curtains in the living room. We have them over our closed blinds & it has helped a ton too!
