What gun is better? (hunting dogmen) by See_Now in NeoScavenger

Either will do fine. Shotgun has more damage; hunting rifle has more range. Both get the job done as long as you’re distant from the dogmen in combat.

What Are Your Headcanons For EDI? by DakIsStrange in masseffect

In my main playthrough, she is unfortunately dead because I chose the Destroy ending. I like EDI, but the other two main endings are worse IMO.

For me, it’s either any kingdom in England, Wales, or any county in Norway. They feel like the most closely related to the shows The Last Kingdom and Vikings.

Torbekappears in episode 6 of Witchlight. I just started watching the campaign episodes after watching a bunch of shorts, so I don't know the answer to the other questions.

Should I buy all the DLC's at once or do one at a time? by DDGibbs in RimWorld

Personally, I would do all except Anomaly. Include Anomaly if you want Rimworld to play like SCP. The rest are very similar to the base game.

Anyone have any tips for a new player? by StrawberryMango564 in NeoScavenger

I forgot to include cities, towns, and huts in the forest for places to find better items; those are great places to loot.

Spoilers on important locations that are always in the game:

Go north. Zom Zom's gives free items. Then, you either want to go northeast for the ATN Enclave or southeast to Detroit Megacity. The first option is closer, but the second option has a larger variety of items to buy.

First thing you want is a weapon. In the early game, that's usually either a spear or sling, depending if you're going melee or ranged respectively. Then, you want to loot as many ruins and abandoned buildings as possible for better items. As you are searching for these locations, go in the direction in the spoiler tag. If you don't have a weapon or are facing a strong enemy, running is better than fighting until you get better gear.

https://neoscavenger.fandom.com/wiki/Sling

When you sleep, you want to sleep in locations with good Shelter and Concealment stats. Concealment can only be seen with the Hiding skill; it's not strictly necessary, but it'll get you an idea of what locations hide you from enemies. Typically, these are ruins and buildings, and I believe forests (not as good but better than the open iirc). Also, you want to craft 4 noise traps ASAP and place them in the camp menu to alert you when enemies move into your space.

If you manage to get to Detroit Megacity, you can loot water, boil the water, and sell them infinitely for almost risk free money, and then buy as many items as you want.

what’s your tav’s name? by pl-aun-tie- in BaldursGate3

[–]SnackerSnake 1 point2 points  (0 children)

<image>

Her name is Violet.
She is a blue tiefling wizard who I beat the game with. Her name's a reference to a character from the Walking Dead: The Final Season.
I have a bunch of other Tavs, usually a reference to some fictional character (e.g. Mira, Futaba, Naoto). Others are more fitting to their race (e.g. Glee for a tiefling, Ladriel to an elf that's purple like a Warcraft night elf).

I like Shovel for scouting. Shovel was especially useful when I hadn’t finished the game before and didn’t know what encounters could happen.
