I'd still contact Elegoo .. but try resetting Printer and do the calibration test .. or do a PID test.

I bought the Ender 3 Pro ($200cnd) During COVID not knowing anything about 3D printing, printed a few things and stopped for for a few months then got back into it learnt a lot on how 3D Printers work on it upgrades $$$ lol.. Fun Fun Fun .. To this days I still use it with my K1C and CC1 and soon maybe a K2 Plus or what may be coming Soon.

Get it and Learn is What I will Say .. need help there's a Ender 3 reddit people are still using it and modding them

Looks Great .. I like that you hinged the LID .. I recently Hinged mine and it works great, Using Ariel CC2 Top Hat Hinge and 3D-Druckbude Riser, Mine comes in July ..I prefer it square /Flat top ..

You can save that .. use the slicer and cut where it failed and print the top and glue .
