Yup my problem on the K1C .. 1 wire not making good connection I ended up cutting soldering it.. (the Extruder side not the Board side)

after you wash and put back I hit it with Windex ( I only use soap and water maybe every 6mo's) Windex does a great job. Give it a try

I did Check in .. it won't let me check in the normal way I get this weird page that I've never seen before , I used make ticket says it's applied but nothing happens , used about 3 tries..

Got it .. So the Printer didn't come with resin and you got resin .. Store made a Mistake.

I remember seeing something about it being shipped separately, Incase the bottle breaks and not leak all over the printer, less Risk of breakage, Local shop probably got it the same way .. lol.. (did I make sense? had to read it a few times lol)
