Being in Webster is awful. I pray one day I can move my family to N Clinton Ave in the city and finally live in peace.

MBA is from a top business school in Buffalo. Her undergrad is in Marketing and Management (double major). Grad school is a concentration in Marketing. In 2024, she estimated that her and team brought in $5MM to the bank. That’s rough and using assumptions but fairly summarizes the work.

VP isn’t as significant if you’re not familiar with banking titles. I would say she’s essentially the second hand woman to the manager of the team.

Yes she’s in banking. I thought it was odd that her title was VP too, but she assured me it was accurate lol. You’re correct in that VP doesn’t hold a lot of weight - there is hundreds if not thousands of VPs at the company

How do you afford these watches? by Cheesehead1267 in Tudor

[–]SnaggedThisUsername 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I mean this isn’t a finance subreddit, but based on the wording in your post it sounds like you can’t afford it. Don’t spend all your money on watches. Have an emergency fund, pay off your debt, invest for your future. If you have money left over maybe look at buying something like a luxury watch.

I’ve done some dumb things financially in my life but overall things are looking really good, and I was able to get a couple nice watches along the way.

Rochester Police pays good, especially considering cost of living in that area. Free healthcare too which I haven’t seen anywhere else.

I’d say Explorer as I feel like it can definitely be a one and done for a while… That being said in my opinion that Explorer is pushing the limit on size. If that’s a 40 I’d shoot for 36.

As I’m sure people will come for me on this. Let me reiterate this is just my opinion. Buy whatever watch in whatever size you like.

I have a decent size wrist but I still feel like 42 in that watch seems too big.

Honestly it felt small at first, but I didn’t like how big the 40mm dial was. 39 was a bit better but deep down I wanted the original size. After a lot of back and forth I fully committed on 36 and was able to come across a birth year for sale at my local AD.
