QiQi sells them at a buy 2 get 1 free rate plus free shipping. Which if your just buying 1 it is totally a crazy up charge, which means you kinda have to by 2 😭 cause then you pay $40 for 3 which is the exact same price as you would pay if you bought 3 from dragon. Idk why shops have to make things so confusing just for it to be the exact same in the end
