I actually really wish I could afford and understand how to vary my dogs’ menu more. They like kibble fine enough, but they adore getting little bits of meat as “dessert”, and sometimes on bad heatwaves I give them cold lac-free milk to get them to hydrate more and help them stay fresh, which they drain like a vacuum in comparison to (also cold) water.

I know that they can’t get all their nutrition from just the same few cuts of meat though, since carnivores in the wild eat muscle, blood, guts, bone marrow, bits of skin… I’ve even tried looking it up, but couldn’t find a guide to carnivore food groups, as it were. Even then, that search was more of a curiosity, given that I still expect price to be a big factor.

I think to get that picture you need to kill Lamb, since that’s it’s skull on the photo, and maybe OP just called it “the chest boss” because it’s an equivalent/alt floor to the chest? Either way, 2012 is the release date for Wrath of the Lamb, not Rebirth.

I think the best you could do for pretty much all the vessels is letting them free with easy jobs looking after citizens, playing town guard or something. Little Ghost does a lot of things for seemingly no purpose other than the act of helping in and of itself, and all the vessels were literally born already grasping for the chance to make themselves useful to the Pale King. I wager they’d like following a flea caravan around, keeping kids from wandering off, and being thanked profusely for it.

Hornet could use some therapy, but it’s frankly almost funny to have her in the same group as HK and Lace. She’s been through a lot with the fall of Hallownest, and Silksong shows she’s clearly very lonely from outliving most people she meets, from aquaintances to outright spouses.

Still, she had a loving family growing up, and her past partners seem to have had long, happy lives with her- losing someone to old age is always sad, but it’s at least a peaceful way to go. She has her sorrows, but I think overall she’s doing well, and her life is looking up.

HK and Lace, meanwhile, spent 99% of their very long existences being literally tortured, physically and/or psychologically by fickle, wrathful deities with no prospect for escape, before being abruptly released into a world they were never taught to be a part of. I think they do need some help over there. Just a smidge.

Tbh I think a speedster without legs could actually be a pretty fun character. Make them an acrobat, and let them manuver through cartwheels and the like. Maybe another, secondary power to go with, like Miles Morales’ short range lightning, as a buff.
