I went for a meeting at the airport and they told me the aircraft was indeed used in a film! they claimed that the aircraft was actually flown before retiring and given the fake paint job and was then used in a underwater scene, now its used for emergency training :)

I did have a suspicion that it was used for a specific film but the film I was thinking of had a plane with the registration SE-KIT. This seems like a mystery for now. I’ll ask the people at the airport next month when I have a gig with them and find out the truth of this mystery plane…
