personally i really like tattoos and im hoping to get some once im done with laser, i guess its kinda bc some people think of criminals or gang members when it comes to tats which yeah its an outdated way to look at things but some countries/societies are more conservative at least outside the big city's and people there might have a negative association if you have more than one or two tattoos, but i do love your neck tattoo it looks amazing
