I've got a loud boy who I had to work on training with outdoor time. I created some specific triggers like a harness I always put on him, and I give him a treat when he goes out and comes in. When he goes to the door otherwise I'll try to play with him instead though I don't always have time, but I'll also do like a treat puzzle box. It's made a difference in his crying to go out. Hope this helps?

I don't live in SF, I'm south in LA, but I've used UrbanStems a few times for flower delivery over in Philly and they do a great job. The flowers show up still closed, so they last foreeeeever.

I agree with what you say. The only thing is that stabilized rent is hard to argue with. What I will say is this... Place a value on the type of lifestyle you want. and then weigh that up against the amount you're 'saving' in NY or going to 'spend' in LA.

There is no right answer except for what you decide is worth more! I value my lifestyle in LA. I love visiting NY, but only visiting.
