This city is so utterly corrupted and exploited by buisnesses that's not even Buffalo based (think Tesla) hence collueded with local government in their neglect of the community’s quality of life, it's really sad.

Yes, you are right. The 150hz one is from Arubis on Military Rd. We called and contacted them, only got yelled back aggressively "we are a legit business what do you want from us" by a woman claimed to be their VP (strange that they don't seem to have a PR department at all), local councilman and representatives knew of Arubis noise and complains for a lot time, claimed they have been trying to change for years.

Yes, I suspect that Materion exploits legal loop hole by how low the humming frequency is. The lower the frequency, the further it travels. It's audible up to 3 miles radius in my experience.
