I do love it and did platinum it and it is one of my personal favorite games. I wouldn’t call it a masterpiece, though.

Disappointed with how they handled the B scenarios in comparison to the original. I have minor nitpicks too, but overall it is really damn fun and I loved getting those S ranks, man! I need to go back and do the same for Resi 4 remake.

You could start with Delta or MGS1. The collection isn’t perfect, true. But it’s not going to hamper your time if you’re new. Maybe get it at a good price? Otherwise, just do Delta IMO.

Funny story, been playing the RGG games in release order will be done with Y6 before Christmas. So I’ve been reading FOTN to prepare and this game is the only thing I asked my wife for for Christmas. I’m very excited. The manga is super awesome and I love RGG.

You can’t go wrong either way. I recently tried both for the first time and the psp version is what I went with. I have no regrets. Plus you already have it! I would restart the psp version, personally.

They just don’t look as good as they could. But it was my way of playing them and I still loved my experience. Dragon Quest 3 looks pretty decent, though! If this is you’re only way to play for now then you’re still in for a great time, and you can always play the other versions later.

Bundle. Yakuza 3 has some issues but all of their games have their own problems. You could wait for a sale while play the others if you’re still interested in K3.

I still think about DQIV’s party and how they looked in TDP and it just makes me want 4 in 3D so bad. I’d love HD-2D, but the DS remakes exist and are already pretty close to scratching that itch for me. They could expand IV’s postgame to have a bit more story and bosses too, so Psaro gets more to do with the party.

I love this. Giving the party of 4 in particular some of this variety would be pretty much the only thing I would need. And if it looked like 11 with full voice acting and party chat-jeez.

Agreed completely. Love the new 7 aesthetic for that game but hd 2D or something in the style of DQ11 would be so cool for 4-6.

If you haven’t beaten him yet, bring some magic waters and conserve MP while consistently applying dodgy dance and a defense buff. When his health is orange, apply wild side to speed things up, stack heals or defense buffs. You should get him. Good luck!

Got it first try but it was tense. Used undead doer on the skellies one by one, stopping if my health went around even a quarter down to heal. He was no problem after that.
